The Data Controller is the administration team of VEGA sim racing team. For any privacy-related requests, users must submit their enquiry exclusively through the CONTACT form on our website.
We collect only the name or nickname, email address, enquiry topic and message you voluntarily provide. The form sends your enquiry through Resend, a third-party email delivery provider, to our designated team mailbox. Your email is used as the Reply-To address so we can respond.
We process this information only to respond to enquiries, support requests and team-related messages. The legal basis is your consent, given by checking the box in the contact form and submitting it. We do not use this data for marketing or behavioural tracking.
Messages are kept in our mailbox only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or complete the conversation, then deleted. Resend may retain limited technical delivery logs according to its own privacy policy.
